Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

By entering the Easels in Frederick competition and exhibit, I affirm that I have read the entire prospectus and by signing this entry form I agree to be bound by all terms outlined in it. If accepted as a competitor, I understand that I agree to participate in the plein air competition and the exhibit and sale. During the dates of the competition, I agree to sell no work completed during Easels in Frederick 2011 unless I pay a 40% commission. Retail prices on the paintings I exhibit will be commensurate with my normal pricing structure. The Delaplaine will retain a 40% commission on all works sold and a Delaplaine representative will handle all sales. The Delaplaine may use images of work that I enter into the competition for publicity purposes.

The Delaplaine is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization and is still the only arts organization to have been certified under the Standards for Excellence in Nonprofit Management by the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations.
